KidloLand Review and Giveaway (Ended)

The timing of this KidloLand app review could not be more perfect! The Summer holidays are here and we’re all trying our best to entertain the kids and save our sanity without emptying the local shop of their wine stocks!

One thing I was always adamant I would never rely on to entertain the kids was technology, well that’s totally changed now, and not because I was a totally naive idiot when it comes to the hassle of entertaining kids all day, (ok that too!), but because I’ve come to realise that technology is such a vital part of their futures. They will be left behind if they don’t learn how to master these things. After all, I totally rely on things like twitter, facebook and instagram to make my blog work and it will be the same for them, even more so! The way they negotiate around my smart phone already is pretty amazing to watch and my daughter is using computers, interactive white boards and tablets at school so I feel I need to keep up at home too.

The KidloLand app is a nursery rhyme and teaching app that is jam packed full of animated songs and activities. There are 17 categories within the app, with between 10 and 30 songs or games in each one. It’s never ending!

Categories include; Phonics, Numbers, Nursery Rhymes, the Alphabet, Vehicles, Dinos and even Christmas songs!

I’ve done a little video review for you, which you can view below

I can also tell you, that I took my son to the gym with me for a 45 minute class, (it’s a child friendly gym!), and it kept him and all the other kids there totally occupied for the entire time, it’s been used on car journeys, in the supermarket and most recently as an absolute life saver on the ferry!

Sounds like its really helped you out a few times! It seems a popular app with most kids loving it #bigpinklink

We love this app, Willow and I have learnt so many new songs and rhymes since we’ve had it (I have to admit my personal favourites are the dino songs- and I can’t wait for December so I can have an excuse to listen to the Christmas songs!) Just today we had a toddler meltdown on a visit to the zoo so my Mum whipped out her phone and Toddler was kept entertained (and more importantly not screaming), within a few minutes she’d calmed right down and was ready to continue on our animal adventure. Can’t wait to see your video review and hope you’re having a fantabulous holiday #bigpinklink xx
