Hi, I’m Louise, a 39 year old single Mum to two amazing children, a daughter aged 12 and a son aged 10. We live in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire with our yellow labrador Hendrix and our big grey rescue cat Lenny. Although I no longer have pink hair, these are some of my favourite photos ever done by the amazing Charlie Brown Photography and I feel like they are such an incredible representation of my personality!

This used to be a blog solely about family travel, life with kids, mental health issues and general reviews of places around Cheltenham but during the lockdown I ended up being diagnosed with (and subsequently medicated for) ADHD and to say it came as a surprise is a bit of an understatement!
Since my diagnosis I have been on a mission to raise awareness about the signs of of ADHD in women. I have been featured on BBC Radio Gloucestershire with a week long special covering my story and talking to one of my followers who got diagnosed after seeing my content and BBC The One Show did a similar piece on me, sitting me down with a follower who only discovered her ADHD through me, that was an emotional time for sure!

I have also been featured on many podcasts, including ADHDAF (ADHD As Females), The MindVox Podcast and many more. I consider it a huge honour to be asked to take part in these incredible awareness raising shows and also run a support group for women with ADHD or who think they have ADHD.
I really enjoy making video content for my Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook channels and have amassed a sizeable following of lovely, engaged viewers. As well as all this, I started a passion project in 2021 and opened an ADHD friendly gym in Cheltenham where I live. Solace Gym is an inclusive and welcoming place with a focus on mental health rather than weight loss. It is going from strength to strength and I’m loving every minute of it all!
In my spare time I like to travel, go to festivals, eat out, have movie nights with my kids and generally take up lots of new hobbies which I may or may not carry on with! Thanks ADHD!
