It’s the 39th Big Pink Link and I’m back at the helm. Feels good to be back! I was supposed to be on last week but the lovely Hannah stepped in for me as it was half term and we all know that children and working do not mix all that well! 😀
Along with the Big Pink Link, I am also preparing to start filming my Christmas Advent Calendar again, and collating craft ideas, so if you have any simple Christmas themed craft posts that I could do on video, (linking back to you in the description of the video and on my blog as well as mentioning you in the video itself of course!), please don’t hesitate to email me the link to firstname.lastname@example.org I can’t guarantee to use them all, but I will try!
My cohost this week is lovely El AKA Agent Spitback.
Wows of the week chosen by the lovely Lucy and El.
Lucy: I loved this one by Siena Says-a light hearted look at toddler fussiness, that hit the nail right on the head!! I’m sure lots of mums would read it and understand!
And this one from Dawn-it was heart warming, down to earth, hilarious, and full of gentle but brilliant advice, all at once! An absolutely gorgeous read!
El: Emma has written a very thought provoking post asking if we should censor what we write, or our feelings when sharing on our own blogs? Do we have a right or responsibility? I found myself ruminating over what Emma has said and I admit it’s still something, writing beyond the safe topics, which I haven’t dared tackle but she has definitely given me much food for thought.
This is such a funny but real post on what it is like when your kid has developed a sudden competitive streak. She writes here – “We have competed a number of times recently. Only the previous day we had friends over to make pizzas. “We’re having a pizza making competition!”
