Who doesn’t love a good afternoon of crafting with the kids (until you’re left cleaning up the mess of course).

Crafting can be expensive however, these simple crafts require basic matrials and are centered around a simple egg box.

Egg box crafts are the perfect introduction into crafting and creating with little hands, and a way to discuss wider topics as part of an educational programme such as; how to grow food, the eco system, or even history.

I’ve partnered up with some super crafty bloggers to share my favourite easy egg box crafts which are suitable for Easter and beyond!

3. Egg Carton Creatures

Help your kids get creative with this super fun easy craft of turning an egg box into a range of different creatures.

Each creature can be decorated differently depending on the craft supplies you have on hand (and the amount of mess you’re wanting to make). Consider adding glitter, pipe cleaners, paint, drawings, googly eyes and bobbles to each character.

These can then be transformed into characters as part of a story or figures to play with.
